Personality: Lighthearted, easygoing, but protects what he considers "dear" to him. He becomes very serious and merciless when he puts his mask on.

Character Description:

Background Information: Jinnai was born extremely different from most souls. Instead of living in the human world first, he was born as a spirit. He chose not to join the world of the living and spent hundreds of years perfecting his swordsmanship and other abilities. He joined the seireitei rather easily. He was immediately accepted into 13 court guard squads. His first mission was the one that turned him into a vaizard. He was on a late night scouting mission when he was ambushed by hollow. He killed all but one of them, nearly dieing in the process. As a last action he reached out his hand to tear the hollow's mask from its head. Instead of coming off, he absorbed the hollow's power and went through training to master his newfound Vaizard powers.

Mask abilities - When Jinnai puts on his mask he gains the ability to animate the soul of his zanpaktou. He also gains strength in Kido. While he has his mask on Jinnai's personality completely changes. He becomes sinister and very violent, striking at enemies for the smallest provocation.
