| "the best way to meditate is my not blocking out noise but hearing it all and allowing it to become something that you dont recognize you hearing anymore then you will no longer hear it without try to block it out it will be natural to you and then you can notice the slightest change in air movement and sounds." looking up "i go most places meditating learning the flow of air and the sound of the ground that way if their is something trying to hide from me i can still hear its movements." | |
